Update

Well I've been meaning to update this blog for a while now, and I keep forgetting that the new years pictures are on Mike's computer. That's why they aren't up yet. Both Christmas and Hannukkah were wonderful, as well as our New Years. Valentines day was nice, although Mike had class until 9pm, so we had a little V-Day dinner the night before.

Mike and I have switched rolls from when we first moved into the house. Back then, I wasn't working and Mike was paying for most everything. Now, Mike isn't working and it's my turn to return the favor. The second day of the semester he found out that he had to take a class this semester that was only offered 12:30, twice a week. Mike works full time and gets off a 4pm, which is why he didn't originally sign up for the class. So he added it and the General Manager at work basically said "You work full time, or no time." In a way it's good, Mike was looking and interviewing for other jobs already, too bad they were all full time positions as well. Hopefully he'll be able to find something part time now and full time when the semester ends. So much for the trip to Alaska we were hoping to take this summer.

It has been a year already since I started my new job. Everything is going great there. I really have no complaints. It is amazing how much I have learned this past year as well, so many things that were not taught in class. Which reminds me of my thesis. My new advisor says I'll have it done by this May! I sure hope she is right, that is only a few months away. These past few weeks I have been spending many hours reading and compiling information, my brain has been very busy. I can't wait to be done with it. Even if I do finish in May, I won't go through the graduation ceremony until December. That is when Mike graduates too. Hopefully they'll both be on the same day so we can just have one party with everyone instead of two little ones.

Well it is time for me to sign out, and go to bed. I have another day of research and thesis writing waiting for me tomorrow.
